Salsa Chicken

So this is easier than anything else.

You need:
4 to 6 chicken breasts (I use frozen, boneless)
1 bottle of Pace salsa
1 cup sour cream

Put your frozen chicken breasts into your crockpot. Pour the salsa on top. Turn on low for 8 to 10 hrs. 1 hour before eating, shred chicken with 2 forks and add the 1 cup of sour cream. Continue cooking 1 more hour on low.

Ding! All done!

It is great for tacos, enchiladas, or burritos. If you made too much, that's okay. It freezes great.
