Sounds really weird but it was actually pretty good.
I took:
6 frozen chicken tenders
2 red macintosh apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 medium onion
1 can of chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
put all of the above items in the crock pot for 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve over cooked white rice. Yum!!

BBQ Chicken
I got this recipe from one of my friends and it is so easy and yummy.
You need:
1 whole chicken
1 bottle of bbq sauce
1 can of coke
Throw it all in the crockpot and when you come home, it's all done (about 8 to 10 hrs). The meat will fall right off the bones so you might want to go fishing and make sure your family doesn't get the bones.
Enjoy!

Salsa Chicken
So this is easier than anything else.
You need:
4 to 6 chicken breasts (I use frozen, boneless)
1 bottle of Pace salsa
1 cup sour cream
Put your frozen chicken breasts into your crockpot. Pour the salsa on top. Turn on low for 8 to 10 hrs. 1 hour before eating, shred chicken with 2 forks and add the 1 cup of sour cream. Continue cooking 1 more hour on low.
Ding! All done!
It is great for tacos, enchiladas, or burritos. If you made too much, that's okay. It freezes great.
Have fun!

For Dinner Tonight
Tonight I am making my mom's version of pot roast.
You will need:
a roast (I use a chuck or pot roast and the size depends on how many your feeding)
1 to 2 yellow onions
1 bag of baby carrots
1 bad of petit yukon or red potatoes
2 cans beef consomme
2 to 3 cans beef broth
Slice up your onions and put them at the bottom of your crockpot. Then cut your potatoes in half and add those. Then add you carrots. On top of your veggies add your roast. Finally, add your cans of consomme and broth, it should pretty much come up to the top of your crock pot with out it spilling over. Then put it on low for 8 to 10 hrs. When you come home, check your crock pot, if the meat pulls apart easily and your veggies are tender when pierced with a knife, you are ready to eat.
I hope to put up pictures when it's done. Good luck!

Let's see how this works!
Okay! I am hoping to use this as a way to tell everyone what Dankno and I are up to as well as a way that to put out those wonderful crock pot recipes I love. Everyone keeps asking me for them so I thought this might be a good way for everyone to be able to get them at once. We shall see how well it works.
